Steven is a results-driven Sales and Sales Management Consultant dedicated to helping companies build

growth. He has background in national as well as international business-to-business sales and leadership
with a practical experience, proven methods, and a consultative approach to improving sales
effectiveness and management performance.
Before launching his consulting practice, Steven held leadership roles in sales and sale management with
several Fortune 500 companies where he consistently delivered growth. He lead a turnaround of a sales
and manufacturing division as well as successfully creating new market segments which included
international distribution. Today, he partners with organizations to create practical solutions that drive
measurable improvement in sales results and management capability.
Steven combines a clear strategic insight with hands-on experience, helping clients turn sales challenges
into growth opportunities. He is passionate about building strong sales cultures, mentoring emerging
leaders, and equipping teams with the tools and confidence to win competitively.
